Galatasaray vice president Abdullah Kavukcu has revealed that Victor Osimhen will make a decision on where he will play his football next season in April.
Osimhen is on loan at the Turkish Super Lig champions from Serie A outfit Napoli.
The Yellow and Reds are desperate to keep the 26-year-old permanently, but face competition from the likes of Chelsea, Manchester United and Arsenal.
“Osimhen will tell us his decision (about his future) next month,” Kavukcu told Nevzat Dindar.
“At the moment, the top five clubs in the world are also interested in him.”

Kavukcu further stated that Galatasaray have what it takes to sign the striker on a permanent basis in the summer.
“In January, there was talk of his departure but he stayed,” hd added.
“He loves Galatasaray very much.
“Although we are aiming for the title, we have not yet had any direct discussion with Victor.There is no point in talking about it now.
“Galatasaray are a top club. If it wasn’t so, Victor would not have come.
“His staying at Galatasaray is not so impossible.”

Victor Osimhen, de Nigeriaanse voetballer die momenteel speelt voor Napoli in de Italiaanse Serie A, zal naar verluidt volgende maand een beslissing nemen over zijn toekomst. Dit werd aangekondigd door de president van Galatasaray, Burak Elmas Kavukcu.
Osimhen, die bekend staat om zijn snelheid, kracht en doelpunten, heeft indruk gemaakt sinds hij in 2020 naar Napoli kwam vanuit het Franse Lille. Hij heeft een belangrijke rol gespeeld in het succes van Napoli in de Serie A en Europa League.
Galatasaray, een van de grootste clubs in Turkije, heeft al geruime tijd interesse getoond in het aantrekken van Osimhen. President Kavukcu heeft bevestigd dat de club serieus bezig is met het aantrekken van de Nigeriaanse spits en dat er gesprekken gaande zijn met zijn vertegenwoordigers.
De beslissing van Osimhen zal naar verwachting grote gevolgen hebben voor zowel Napoli als Galatasaray. Als hij ervoor kiest om bij Napoli te blijven, zal dat een grote boost zijn voor het team en hun ambities in de Serie A en Europa. Aan de andere kant, als hij besluit om naar Galatasaray te gaan, zal dat een enorme versterking zijn voor de Turkse club en hun kansen op succes in zowel de nationale competitie als internationale competities.
Het is duidelijk dat Osimhen een belangrijke speler is die in staat is om het verschil te maken op het veld. Zijn beslissing zal dan ook met veel belangstelling worden gevolgd door voetbalfans over de hele wereld. We zullen moeten wachten tot volgende maand om te zien waar zijn toekomst ligt en welke club hij zal kiezen.
